Inchalots
Last night as I was making dinner, Olivia asked what I was making. "Enchiladas." She stood on her tippy toes to get a better look. "Mom, I'm not eating those inchalots. They look not very good." They didn't look especially appetizing, but they tasted good. She ate about five bites. We have lots of leftover "inchalots". Do they freeze well after they're cooked?

Mmmm, I love inchalots. Her comment was cute. I'm impressed she ate them after deciding they didn't look good!
